Jotform customer service6/30/2023 If you look on the website their plans are very clearly outlined. I paid $234 for an entire year of Silver I should pay $60 + taxes and fees for the month upgrade to Gold and I am owed a refund for the difference. I have requested a refund multiple times and they will not give me one. So in total I have now paid $296.60 +$234 which equals a grand total of $530.60. So I went ahead and processed my downgrade request myself from Gold to Silver on the website and was charged $296.60 on 9/22/22. They refused and said the only way is to do it is through the website. I reached out to customer service and asked if they could please downgrade my account as I wanted to go back to silver. I'm being told the only way to do so is through the website and the website wants me to pay $209 + taxes and fees. I upgraded my account from silver to gold in August and now in September I want to cancel the gold and downgrade back to Silver. So I expected to pay $60+ taxes and fees since I had already paid for a full year or silver and just needed to pay the difference between the 2 plans for the one month. The Silver plan is regularly $39.99 per month and Gold is $99 per month. So I did what support suggested me to do and fully expected to pay the difference. In the middle of August I was close to running out out of payment submissions (you only get x amount per each tier/plan you choose) and I reached out to support asking if I could just pay a fee for each payment submission that was over and they explained you just have to upgrade your account to a higher level/tier to get more payment submissions. I paid for the yearly Silver option and paid $234. I signed up with Jotform in June of 2022 when they were running a 50% promotion.
